Just a short note to say how pleased I
was with the technical support I received recently from
PCTECH.
I had reason to ask for assistance as I had somehow
contracted a rather insidious Trojan and all conventional
means I tried would not rectify the problem. PCTECH
technicians worked on the problem, diagnosed it and

I had a virus and called PCTECH. Their
friendly and knowledgeable technician spent 2 hours
in my office and completely changed my life. Not only
did he remove my virus he removed lots of spyware that
was slowing my PC down and also "cleaned up"
my computer to allow it to run at optimum speed. What
a difference! From total frustration - to a PC that
runs so fast now! I will call PCTECH any time I have
a PC problem. They made my computer run faster than
I ever thought possible.

PCTECH has supported our business and
personal computer needs since 1999.
When our server crashed, PCTECH was able to retrieve
most of our data and recommended an upgrade to prevent
things like this from happening again. When our Telus
highspeed internet connection went down (Telus was on
strike), PCTECH helped us right away, by setting up
a dial up modem so we could submit our medical billings.
Whenever there is a problem, PCTECH is always able to
help us promptly. Our office recently moved to a larger
location and PCTECH took the time to talk about how
many systems we needed and what other software requirements
we would benefit from. During this time, we never felt
like PCTECH was trying to upsell our company. PCTECH
was able to help us move all of our computers and software
without any problems.
The staff are fast, helpful, and honest. They are easy
to communicate with, and they do not talk in computer
language. I would highly recommend PCTECH for any business,
